## How do I create an account?

## What should I do if I didn’t receive the account activation email?
 
Check your email spam folder. [Contact us](/contact) if you can’t find the account activation email.

## Who should I contact if I have a technical question about an API product?

Each API has comprehensive technical documentation to help you along your way. Our support team is also available to assist you with any questions or issues you may have via the [Support form](/support).

## How do I change my username or email address?

Submit the [Contact us](/contact) form and tell us what you need to change. Include your username or email address. We’ll send you an email with next steps.

## If I forgot my password, how can I update it?

Go to [Forgot password](/forgot_password) and enter the email address for your account. We’ll send you a link to change it.

Some APIs give you the ability to create projects in a sandbox environment. See the [Create a new project](/user-guide#create-a-new-project) section of the User guide. ## Where are my sandbox projects?
 
Create and manage sandbox projects from the Credentials page. Select your name from the navigation bar, and then choose Credentials. From there you can create a new sandbox project and manage existing projects.
