A company has enrolled in a U.S. Bank corporate card program to manage employee expenses. Billing administrators and cardholder employees receive monthly paper statements. The company has implemented cost reduction initiatives to reduce paper document management, imaging and storage.
 
With the Corporate Statements API, the company can now access electronic statement summaries on demand, including totals for balance, purchases and charges, and fees. Payment information for the previous cycle and due date of the current cycle are also available. Additionally, a PDF of the statement can be downloaded, if needed.


































Example use cases

Integration requires a U.S. Bank corporate card program for Corporate Travel, One Card or Purchasing Card, limited to Visa® or Mastercard® networks.

































Requirements

Visa® and Mastercard® card networks are supported in USD and CAD currencies only.

































Restrictions

<p>Enables client applications to find and retrieve corporate account statements and a summary of key balances.</p>


Corporate Statements

The Corporate Statements API allows you to retrieve and download historical statement information for a corporate account. Information includes cycle date range, statement balance, previous balance, purchase total, payment information and more. It can be used in conjunction with the Corporate Credit Cards API.
 
Complete statements are available for up to two years and can be downloaded as PDF files.
